Lumpia is Filipino and Indonesian style spring roll. Our lumpia are stuffed with a delicious blend of meat or noodles, vegetables and seasoning. The filling is completely cooked - your task is to heat them up and crisp up the crepe like pastry it is rolled into.  You can bake them in the oven, in a pan with very hot oil, in a toaster oven, air fryer or in a deep fryer. Spritzing lightly with coconut oil before putting in oven/airfryer will help them to crisp up more.
