Our Gluten Free Items

On our gluten free dedicated days we use separate cook and bakeware, use gluten free ingredients and we double wash all surfaces. Is there a possibility of cross contamination? Yes, there is always a possibility no matter how small when you have a shared space. Same with all restaurants and large manufacturing plants. But being gluten intolerant ourselves, we do our best to ensure that there is not.
